Spadina Museum: Historic House & Gardens is a historic manor on Spadina Road in Toronto, Ontario, that will offer a glimpse of what Toronto was like back in the early 1900s.

Evolving from a Victorian country estate to an Edwardian city mansion, Spadina Museum chronicles four generations of the wealthy Austin family. Enjoy a guided tour highlighting the exquisite furniture and decors reflecting Toronto art scene of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Explore one of Toronto’s finest, restored Victorian gardens and participate in Spadina’s special events including Doors Open Toronto, Strawberry Festival and Music in the Orchard. The museum is also a lovely location for photography, film shoots, weddings and corporate functions. Take a guided tour and be introduced to the life of the Austin family and its domestic staff.

The museum site includes 6 buildings, a house that was built back in 1866, a 2 storey garage and chauffer’s residence built in 1909 and a gardener’s cottage from 1850, a greenhouse from 1913 and more!
